Conference and meeting delegates can take advantage of the lunch buffets, on display every day during the week, designed to appeal to guests looking for a quality meal in less than an hour. Elements restaurant opens at 5 am every day for breakfast, and last orders for dinner are at 10.30pm. Room service is available 24 hours a day.The Novotel’s Elements Bar has also been recently refurbished, with a variety of seating to suit all moods and times of day – whether for an informal business meeting, celebratory cocktail, or a meal in front of one of the large televisions. The menu offers a full range of cocktails, beers and spirits, and in the spirit of the new Novotel “Elements” concept, guests can choose from the same food dishes as that provided in the Elements Restaurant.
